James Martell, arguably one of the most successful online publishers and the “granddaddy” of natural searches, has done it again.

Blame it on the fact that he just loves to teach, or perhaps it’s that he truly delights in sharing his secrets. The truth is that whatever served as the catalyst for “revisiting” his popular handbook and dedicating three months to “refreshing” it, the result is this: a unique, comprehensive guide that provides webmasters – “newbies” and established alike, with everything needed to achieve enviable online success through natural search.

While, as James says, “it’s really not rocket science getting to the top of the list,” it does boil down to a little common sense, a little knowledge and doing a whole bunch of little things just right.

And in the THIRD EDITION of his handbook, “Affiliate Marketers Handbook 2006,” James graciously shares the same knowledge that has kept him in the money with natural search for nearly seven years, the common sense advice that only a successful marketer could know, and all the tips, tools and techniques needed to ensure webmasters of every level get to the top and stay there.

Of course, as someone who’s made a full-time income from affiliate programs since 1999, he’s seen it all, including many changes at many search engines.

“I remember changes with earlier search engines (ExciteWebCrawler,AltaVista) that challenged us repeatedly long before Google arrived on the scene. And I have had to adjust many times to Google as well,” James says. “Granted it is a bit of a pain, and it does put a dent in the bank account from time to time, but during it all I have been able to make adjustments, and build a dream lifestyle all at the same time.”

And, relying on the refreshed Affiliate Marketers Handbook – 2006 (THIRD EDITION), his students can, too.

And, although I had been talking about improving quality and minor issues specific to top rankings on the buzz (his audio newsletter), I realized what I really needed to do was show my students what we all needed to be doing.

“The Third Edition of my handbook provides me with a platform to take the reader through a logical sequence of steps and, at times, even point out the not so obvious,” he adds. “I am conveying what I know works best now, and exactly what I am doing myself every day.”

Of course, James’ readers have been kept up-to-date on his password protected “Updates” page, and he regularly speaks to students from across the globe to sold out audiences at major industry events. Additionally, students fly in to his hometown from all over the world to attend his BootCamps (See photos from October 2005 BootCamp), and his long-running audio newsletter boasts a huge subscription base. And, through all of these outlets, James has received valued input and feedback from his students, all of which has been incorporated into the Third Edition.
